Fake this reality

Well is it? Should we find solace in the fact that everyone shares our fears and insecurities? Is happiness really a facade?

Sometimes I think I'm happy here
Sometimes, yeah, I still pretend

Happiness isn't a facade in my opinion, the real problem is achieving it.
Thomas Jefferson: "We all have the right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness..." We can pursue it doesn't mean we going to get it.

As for when people tell you that everyone feels/goes through the same thing, I hate that shit, it's trivializing your feelings. So yeah no solace.

Another Thomas Jefferson quote(undocumented) "Pursue till you die MOFO!"

death is so bland and boring. plenty of time to be unhappy. happiness taking joy out of everything we do. i'm not saying smile while you push old ladies in front of speeding buses at the woolworths sale. but happiness is essentially a state of mind.
